USA (Yuma, Arizona) – Biohazard Cleanup and Remediation Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide biohazard cleanup and remediation services to the government authority located in Yuma, AZ.- Provide as?needed cleaning and remediation services to maintain the cleanliness and safety of city?owned properties and public areas.- Incidents may include human feces, urine, blood and other bodily fluids, blood?contaminated bulk items, used needles and sharps, and other potentially infectious materials.- Human waste cleanup (feces and urine) - assessment, containment, removal, disinfection, deodorization; restore site to sanitary condition.- Removal of contaminated bulk items - mattresses, bedding, tents, clothing piles, couches and chairs, cushions, foam pads, carpets and rugs, pallets, large debris; handle as biohazard and dispose through approved channels.- Waste handling, transport, and disposal.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 2,2026.
