USA (Yucaipa, California) – Professional Real Estate Brokerage Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional real estate brokerage services to the government authority located in Yucaipa, CA.        - Selected firms will assist with transactions related to surplus property disposition, redevelopment initiatives, affordable and market rate housing projects on land, and economic development opportunities.- Conduct economic and financial feasibility analysis for development concepts for city facilities and affordable housing on city-owned land.- Evaluate properties for long term real estate planning.- Development and management of solicitations and marketing processes.- Real estate planning and advisory services.- Real estate acquisition services.- Real Estate brokerage services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 01, 2026.         (3) The contract period will be for three years.
