Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide police body-worn cameras and cloud recording storage services to the government authority located in Yreka, CA.- Bring a comprehensive and collaborative approach to the supply, installation, and ongoing support of a body-worn camera program.- Supply and configuration of 17 police-grade body-worn cameras ready for field deployment.- Provision of a cloud-based Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS) supporting full California legal compliance.- Camera mounting hardware and accessories compatible with standard police duty uniforms and tactical vests.- On-site or remote training for all officers and system administrators.- Technical support, warranty service, and firmware or software maintenance for the duration of the contract.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
