Scope of Work

(1) Vendor needs to provide crane, rigging and signaling training services to the government authority located in Wylie, TX. - Provide comprehensive lifting systems training, certification, qualification and refresher training services for employees performing lifting operations under the agency lifting systems program.  - Furnish all labor, instructors, instructional materials, evaluation tools, coordination services, and documentation necessary to deliver compliant lifting systems training and qualification services.• All training courses shall include:- Classroom instruction- Practical / scenario-based demonstrations- Hands-on skill evaluations- Written and/or performance-based assessments- Issuance of training and/or qualification documentation• General safety training: provide training and certification, without the use of third-party examinations, for employees• Specialized equipment training: provide training and certification, without third-party examination, as required per the regulations for employees operating or using specialized equipment as part of lifting operations• Training and qualification with accredited third-party examination: provide training and facilitate qualification through agency-recognized, accredited third-party examinations• Management and supervisor training: provide training for managers and supervisors with oversight responsibilities for lifting operations as required per the regulations.• Documentation and recordkeeping.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre-bid meeting will be held on June 29, 2026.
