USA (Wine Valley, California) – Event Center Operator Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide event center operator services to the government authority located in Wine Valley, CA. • Operate and manage the event center as a premium venue for weddings, events, trainings and workshops, public and private meetings, and to play a key role in promoting wine tourism• Marketing of Event Center as a high-quality venue, including setting up and maintaining a website promoting the Event Center• Development and management of a booking and calendar system that is accessible by both Operator and County staff• Non-exclusive booking of events.• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual fiscal sales reports• Responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals, permits, or licenses for event bookings• Responsible for providing onsite security during events, as needed• Management of repairs caused by damage resulting from events, meetings, and other related activities(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026(3) Pre-bid meeting will be held on June 22, 2026
