(1) Vendor needs to provide concept and design services of maple street to the government authority located in Wichita, KS.- Consultant to develop concepts of improvements- Concept development will require substantial data collection, evaluation, and significant public engagement with stake holders to present concepts that may not satisfy all stake holders’ special interests but reaches a recommended concept that best serves the corridor- Creating and maintaining a website for the project- Engaging with key stakeholders(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on July 7, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
