(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Westborough, MA. • Cleaning of 14 bathrooms.• Sweep floors and vacuum carpets in common areas.• Spot cleaning of carpets.• Dusting of horizontal surfaces and air diffusers.• Bi-annual(spring and fall) shampooing of carpets to include office spaces, sanitizing of all 14 major bathrooms and deep cleaning of stairwell treads.
