Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide adult mental health services to the government authority located in West St. Paul, MN. - Provide Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS).- IRTS is a community-based medically monitored level of care for an adult that uses evidence-based rehabilitative practices to promote a member’s recovery and to develop and achieve psychiatric stability, personal and emotional adjustment, self-sufficiency, and other skills that help a member transition to a more independent setting.- IRTS are provided by qualified mental health staff on-site 24 hours a day.- Assertive engagement.- Benefits and finance support.- Employment services.- Family psychoeducation and support.- Housing access support.- Medication assistance and support.- Medication education.- Mental health certified peer specialist services.- Independent living skills training and education.- Socialization skills training and education.- Benefit application assistance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
