USA (West Palm Beach, Florida) – Airport Facilities Systems Consultant Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide airport facilities systems consultant services to the government authority located in West Palm Beach, FL. - Provide architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, and landscape design services under a continuing contract.- Provide, on an as-needed basis, professional facility and systems design services.- Architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, and landscaping planning and design of airport-related and ancillary facilities.- Site development, infrastructure, utility, electrical, permitting, agency coordination.- Investigative services.- Review of submittals, construction observation and inspections, and site visits.- Provide daily oversight and monitoring of construction, schedule and quality.- Provide assistance, in an extension-of-staff capacity, in the areas.(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) Non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 1, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
