USA (Washington) – User Experience Design Consultant Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide user experience design consultant service.         - Providing user experience (UX) planning and design, human-centered design, customer experience or digital experience consulting services. • Planning and Discovery- The Contractor will first conduct discovery, assessment, consultation, and planning activities to evaluate program needs and develop a project plan defining recommended future work.- Benefits portability design - Integration of artificial intelligence tools - Additional enhancements of existing Cares systems • Project Plan Execution- User journey mapping - Web site or software application wire frame design - basic blueprints that help teams align on requirements, keeping UX design conversations focused and constructive. - User testing of design mock-ups and/or live software - User interviews and research - Usability testing - Accessibility testing (2) A pre-bid conference will be held on July 7, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.(4) The contract period will be three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
