Vendor needs to provide owners advisor consultant services to the government authority located in Washington.- Provide project management and contract administration services to ensure project goals, budgets and schedules are met.- Prepare the district’s application for alternative public works contracting and support the district throughout the approval process, including delivery?method justification, risk analysis, documentation development, presentation coaching, and mock interview preparation.- Public hearing materials and legal notices.- Alternative subcontractor selection evaluation.- Market research.- Selection process support and evaluation framework.- Design phase integration and constructability support.- Risk management and early work strategy.- Construction contract development and negotiation support.- Information management and project administration.- Commissioning coordination and system turnover.
