Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide magazine advertising sales and management services.- Increase advertising revenue for state magazine through proactive print advertising sales.- Manage all aspects of print advertising sales for the three annual issues (January, May, August).- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on advertisers aligned with audience.- Optionally propose and manage digital advertising services.- Maintain regular communication and provide sales pipeline visibility to staff.- Provide consulting on advertising best practices and revenue optimization.- Digital advertising.- Client relationship management.- Sales strategy and plan.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
