Scope of Work
Vendor needs to provide developmental disabilities community advocacy coalition services to the government authority located in Washington.1. Membership support, engagement and expansion:- Support growth and retention of CAC membership.- Assist with developing meeting agendas, schedules, committees, and internal guidelines.- Support strategies to expand membership and partnerships.2. Communication and engagement tools:- Maintain accessible communication channels and online platforms for member interaction.- Produce accessible updates, videos and action opportunities.- Ensure clear pathways for member input and feedback.3. Leadership development:- Support leadership development within CAC, including training, facilitation opportunities, and defined leadership pathways.- Develop mentorship opportunities for emerging leaders.
