(1) Vendor needs to provide successful employment outcomes service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • Workplace factors that lead to better hiring and retention of employees with disabilities.• Building recruitment pipelines for job candidates with disabilities.• Developing, testing, and evaluating practices and programs that support career growth and promotion for employees with disabilities.• Developing, testing, and evaluating practices that support smalland medium-sized businesses to recruit, train, and retain employees with disabilities.• Providing technical assistance to employers, people with disabilities, and other stakeholders.• Providing training to employers, people with disabilities, and other stakeholders, on effective employer practices for people with disabilities.• Disseminating research-based information.
