Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based research tool. • Providing a research tool and ecosystem that can be deployed in a law enforcement capacity and used to evaluate potential leads and support ongoing criminal investigations. • Investigative environment requires robust, real-time access to diverse data sources and advanced analytical capabilities• Data Fusion and Comprehensive Profiles: The tool must aggregate data from multiple sources, including public records, proprietary datasets, social media, news media, sanctions lists, criminal records, vehicle registrations, and business affiliations• Identity Resolution and Link Analysis: The system should enable users to resolve identities, even with partial or fragmented information, and map connections between individuals, businesses, assets, and other entities• Asset and Location Discovery: Capabilities should include locating individuals, assets, vehicles, and places of employment, with support for partial data searches (e.g., partial addresses, phone numbers, license plates).• User Access and Customization: The system should provide flexible access controls, user profile management, and customizable reporting• Visualization and Reporting: The platform should offer graphical displays, map analytics, and company family tree visualizations to aid in understanding relationships and geographic context.
