Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide national information and referral support center service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • The National Information and Referral Support Center will advance strategic priority by increasing the quality and professionalism of aging and disability information and referral field through national leadership, training, technical assistance, resource development, peer learning opportunities, promoting standards and certification, coordinating with information, referral, and assistance systems, and disseminating evidence-informed and culturally responsive practices.• Provide technical assistance to aging and disability I&R/A programs and facilitate peer learning among programs.• Coordinate and collaborate with partners and stakeholders to represent and advance the interests of aging and disability I&R/A programs.• Promote knowledge and understanding of the landscape of I&R/A programs and of promising practices within the I&R/A field.• Develop and enhance I&R/A programs to ensure services for those of greatest social and economic need to access aging and disability programs and services.• Convene an Advisory Committee, in consultation with ACL, to provide insight and guidance on the direction of the Support Center.
