(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, enhance and revamp service. • Redesign and enhance the website to improve accessibility, user experience, and the digital footprint of work and results.• Modernize the website’s design, usability, and visual storytelling in line with best practices for global development platforms.• Improve the organization and discoverability of content and knowledge resources.• Introduce interactive tools and dashboards to better communicate portfolio, activities, and results.• Develop a secure donor portal to strengthen engagement with donors and partners.• Develop a digital platform to map and visualize global Project Preparation Facilities (PPFs) and improve access to project preparation resources.
