(1) Vendor needs to provide countering terrorist recruitment online service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • Recruitment by providing technical assistance to law enforcement entities in participant countries on how to identify, investigate, and prosecute online cases.• Develop and implement innovative approaches to counter terrorist exploitation of digital technologies, with measurable impacts on disrupting online recruitment networks, enhancing detection of AI generated terrorist content, strengthening platform resilience against manipulation, and bolstering responses to technology-enabled terrorist threats• The project should also include a component that educates youth in vulnerable communities on digital literacy skills and engages with industry.• Project activities should focus on investigative, prosecutorial, and information sharing skill-building.
