USA (Washington, DC) – Channel Partner Origination Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide channel partner origination services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.- Provide end-to-end loan administration, underwriting, compliance, servicing, and portfolio management services.- This capability area includes post-closing functions such as construction milestone tracking and verification, disbursement support, QA/remediation workflows, data management, Loan and related collateral performance reporting, and receiving collections from borrowers and distributing to investors, Loan and portfolio accounting, Loan delinquency prevention and management, general administrative matters, and, if necessary, Loan workout, restructuring and recovery procedures. - Deliver a secure operating environment, including a partner portal or equivalent interface, which supports multi-tenant access, partner intake, document collection, status tracking, and role-based access.- Provide and maintain credit file templates and supporting documentation processes from intake through underwriting and closing.- Provide verification procedures, including third-party verification sampling where required, and support QA/remediation workflows prior to final disbursement.- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Loan data environment that supports reporting, monitoring, and portfolio oversight.- Provide regular reporting and signoffs: weekly status notes.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.
