Scope of Work
Vendor needs to provide branding and marketing management services.- Branding and Marketing PlanFor each covered special event, program, production or activity, vendor shall develop a Branding and Marketing Plan tailored for the event/production and setting forth the overall strategy and plans for the promotion and marketing of the event including an integrated, multi-channel marketing strategy, audience segmentation and targeting, brand positioning and narrative development, and data-informed promotional planning. - Pre-Event – Design and Branding Services The vendor shall provide services in the development, completion and use of all event branding and logos (brand identity systems), visual storytelling assets and content development, including copywriting, as well as a venue layout, signage, marketing collateral, social media campaign plans and content calendars, email marketing strategies, press releases and earned media support.- Event-Day – Guest Experience On the date(s) of each covered event, program, production or activity, the vendor shall provide services in connection with the overall guest experience, including immersive brand experiences, branded merchandise, on-site activations, interactive elements, and VIP management and hospitality.- Content Delivery/Evaluation and Reporting Following the covered event date, the vendor shall provide any videos or photos, press clipping and media coverage, event performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), performance analytics and impact assessment, key insight and optimization recommendations, and where necessary a Return on Investment (ROI) and analysis report for sponsors/clients.
