(1) Vendor needs to provide community outreach, promotion, programming, coordination and feedback-gathering services.         - To provide services for the transit to nature partnership, which is a partnership sponsored to reduce barriers for County residents to access the outdoors.- Strong bonds and trusting relationships with the communities they serve.• A practice of regularly connecting communities to information and resources as part of their operating model.• The ability to provide regular onboarding support to help individuals access those services. • The successful Proposer will focus their outreach and support on groups that fall into one or both categories• Outreach, Promotion, and Guided Outings• Staff and Community Capacity Building• Project Coordination, Administration, and Data Collection(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on July 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be two years.
