Scope of Work
Vendor needs to provide commercial and residential real estate appraisal services to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.- Develop Primary and/or Review Appraisal reports for RIAC’s purchase of, or lease of, third-party properties.- Property appraisal reports will consist of a narrative report including the appraiser’s description of the physical characteristics of the property and comparable obtained from reliable data sources.
