USA (Wanaque, New Jersey) – Project Portfolio Tool

(1) Vendor needs to provide project portfolio tools development services to the government authority located in Wanaque, NJ.- Provide development of project portfolio tools for management of capital improvement plan (CIP).- Enterprise CIP systems are available, our utility does not have the need or financial capacity to adopt large and costly subscription platforms, creating a gap between operational requirements and available technology.- Develop Project Pro a new CIP management process using the Microsoft Power Platform.- Cost-effective CIP management solution that is functional, intuitive, user-friendly, and provides visibility and insights across our organization using the Microsoft Power Platform.- System will centralize monthly contract data entry, including percent complete, invoiced amounts, forecasted spending, risk information, and project commentary.- Interactive dashboards will allow users to examine performance by contract type, division, consultant, contractor, and project manager.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
