(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate appraisal services to the government authority located in Visalia, CA.• Preparation of full appraisal reports for projects involving the acquisition of fee simple title or lesser property interests, including rights-of-way and easements, affecting all or portions of various real properties• Preparation of full appraisal reports to establish the value of City-owned properties, facilities, or portions thereof in connection with other transactions• Preparation of limited appraisal reports or “letter” evaluations indicating fair market value• review and evaluation of appraisals prepared by others for completeness and compliance with applicable appraisal standards(2) A proposal conference will be held on June 23,2026.
