Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide energy as a service partnership to the government authority located in Valhalla, NY. - An integrated health care system committed to providing quality and compassionate medical care for our patients, their families and our community.- For the development, execution, and long-term operation of the Energy-as-a-Service transaction.- During transaction execution, the Provider shall lead technical, commercial, and operational workstreams, including utility and asset due diligence, baseline validation, facility surveys, energy modeling, project scope development, financing structure evaluation, and coordination with agency advisors, counsels, and other transaction stakeholders.• Phasing and outage planning; • Safety and infection-control compliance; • Procurement and subcontractor management; • 24/7 monitoring and response; • Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; • Measurement and verification; and • Regular reporting on energy use, costs, KPIs, asset condition, and sustainability performance. - The Provider should be financially accountable for outcomes through guaranteed savings, availability standards, service-level requirements, KPI-based payment adjustments, liquidated damages, shortfall payments, step-in rights, and other remedies negotiated in the definitive documents.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
