Scope of Work
Vendor needs to provide student services district plan services to the government authority located in Utah.• Collect updated enrolment, demographic, and program forecast data.• Document existing site conditions: Inventory all campus buildings, utilities, built amenities/features, and parking within study area. Include vegetation, topography, hardscape, landscape, and environmental factor (soils, climate, aspect etc.)• Review existing plans, studies, facility condition assessments, utility records, and capital planning documents.• Conduct site visits to assess physical conditions, circulation, safety, and accessibility.• Evaluate space needs and program forecasts. • Synthesize vision, goals, and guiding principles.• Assess circulation and mobility for all modes of travel. Employ a transportation consultant to assess changes to existing roads, access, and parking lots that are anticipated with this plan. • Identify building sites, open space frameworks, and campus connections.• Provide a comparative analysis of advantages and disadvantages for each alternative. Present the three alternatives to the campus community for input as an open house at a student hub on campus.
