USA (Utah) – Registered Investment Advisor Consultant Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide registered investment advisor consultant service to the government authority located in UT. - Provide consulting services with regard to agency college savings plans as well as other professional services as requested by agency.  - Reviewing and advising on agency communications, including marketing, campaigns, newsletters, and disclosure materials for agency.- Providing general consulting services, advice, counsel, and recommendations to agency’s staff on a variety of agency plan matters.- Presenting information to agency’s governing board as requested by agency.- Training agency staff as requested by agency.- Advising on strategic and investment opportunities.- Participate in quarterly investment advisory committee meetings.- Upon request, participate in, or exhibit at relevant Utah-based conferences/and or national industry conference, industry gatherings, community events, and networking functions that align with the agency’s strategic objectives.- Monitor and identify upcoming events that offer value for visibility, partnership development, or stakeholder engagement, and provide recommendations for agency participation.- Proactively identify and facilitate introductions between Utah-based partners, community leaders, industry stakeholders, and agency’s internal staff.- Collaborating with or reviewing work of agency’s staff, third-party vendors, or consultants and- Providing other consulting and professional services as requested by agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 3, 2026.
