Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide security equipment, system maintenance and support service to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.• The Agency seeks to contract with a company with expertise and ability to install, maintain, support, and upgrade physical security equipment, software/hardware, and structures at all Agency facilities in the state of Kansas• Physical security equipment, software/hardware, and structures include cameras, intrusion/fire alarms, access control systems, access control readers and badges, vehicle barriers, etc.• The vendor must be authorized to install, maintain, and support Honeywell Pro-Watch, Milestone, Axis, and Avigilon software and hardware products• The vendor will provide maintenance, service, new installation, and upgrades (as needed) for physical security equipment and systems for all service locations. Physical security equipment and services include where applicable:- Token Readers- Token Keypads- Door Hardware- Door Locks- Door Lock Releases- Access Control Panels- Glass Break Detectors- Alarm Systems- Motion Sensors- Audible Warning Devices- Network Connections between Door Controllers- Software and/or Firmware Updates- Card Printers- Interconnecting Cabling- Cameras- DVR/NVR (video recording equipment)- Call Boxes(2) The contract period will be for three years.
