Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide military liaison services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.• To provide consultation, research and analysis, and military liaison services on behalf of state, including legislative strategy and lobbying.• Modifications to military pay and benefits for which the governor’s military council should considerengaging with the congressional delegation or the military services.• The impact of military value analysis or military judgement (“MVA”) on the ability of installations to retain or gain missions.• Termination of legacy programs.• Delay or cancellation of new start programs.• Training and education costs.• Discrete impacts on active component relating to reserve components.• Shared services and intergovernmental support partnerships.• Opportunities for the introduction of new military systems which would enhance the military value of based military units and installations.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
