Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services to the government authority located in Toms River, NJ.- Provide professional accreditation consulting, compliance management, policy development and review, training support, and related professional services necessary to maintain compliance with applicable accreditation standards.- Provide web-based training modules and related reporting capabilities for all personnel of the County, including sworn personnel, civilian personnel, and dispatch personnel.- The training platform shall:- Be delivered through a web-based learning management system.- Provide completion tracking and reporting capabilities.- Maintain employee training records and course history.- Provide certificate generation capabilities.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
