(1) Vendor needs to provide learning management system and workforce agility platform.1. Provide Learning Management System (LMS)- Deploy a cloud-based LMS platform- Support eLearning and instructor-led training- Enable role-based training assignments- Manage certifications, licenses, and expiry tracking- Provide automated learning workflows and learning paths2. Training & Compliance Management- Ensure mandatory training compliance tracking- Generate audit-ready reports- Provide alerts and notifications for expirations- Support healthcare compliance requirements3. Reporting & Analytics- Deliver standard and custom reports- Provide dashboards for admins and leadership- Enable real-time or near real-time data reporting- Support audit and regulatory reporting needs4. System Integration- Integrate with HR systems (HRIS)- Enable Single Sign-On (SSO)- Support APIs and data synchronization- Automatically update employee hierarchy and roles5. Automation & Workflow Management- Automate training assignment based on roles and hierarchy- Reduce manual administrative workload- Support custom workflows for clinical and non-clinical staff6. User Experience & Accessibility- Provide easy-to-use interface for learners and administrators- Support mobile access- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG standards)7. Security & Compliance Requirements- Ensure data security (HIPAA, SOC 2 compliance)- Provide secure data storage and transmission8. Implementation & Deployment- Provide implementation plan (90–120 days)- Perform data migration and validation9. Support & Maintenance- Provide post-implementation support- Assign customer success manager10.
