USA (Tennessee) – Video Production and Digital Media Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide video production and digital media services. • Provide professional video production and digital media services to support internal communications, marketing, student engagement, instructional content, and public outreach initiatives.• Secure a creative partner capable of producing high-quality visual storytelling aligned with the organization’s mission and brand standards.• Digital Asset Management (DAM): Deploy and maintain a reliable digital asset management platform utilizing secure third-party hosting software.• Enhance Brand & Marketing Presence: Produce a steady stream of high-quality digital assets for social media, digital advertising, public displays, and student/staff recruitment.• Centralize Digital Assets: Establish a secure, cloud-based digital asset management platform to allow the organization seamless access to its media library throughout the contract term.• Social media reels (vertical and horizontal formats)• Short promotional clips (6–30 seconds)• Mid-Form & Traditional Ads• High-resolution still photography from events, interviews, and campus shoots(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
