USA (Sterling Heights, Michigan) – Decorative Fence Supplies

(1) Vendor needs to provide decorative fence supplies to the government authority located in Sterling Heights, MI. - Provide and install a complete decorative metal fence system with cantilevered sliding gate.- Field verification of all existing site conditions and dimensions.- Coordination with utility locating services, including DIG/811, prior to excavation.- Furnishing and installing decorative metal fence panels, posts, rails, pickets, caps, fasteners, brackets, and all related accessories.- Furnishing and installing one matching motorized cantilever slide gate, including gate frame, counterbalance section, support hardware, receiver, guides, stops, latch/locking provisions, and all accessories required for proper operation.- Drive approach embedded sensor loop for vehicle detection upon exit of the secured parking lot.- Excavation and installation of concrete footings and foundations for fence posts, gate posts, and gate support elements.- Site grading and restoration of all areas disturbed by construction.- Protection of existing pavement, lawn, utilities, structures, and adjacent site features.- Adjustment, testing, and final demonstration of the completed gate system.- Removal and lawful disposal of all construction debris generated by the work.- Furnishing and installing gate operator equipment, controls, safety devices, and associated electrical components(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
