(1) Vendor needs to provide complete streets implementation plan development service to the government authority located in St. Petersburg, FL. • Project management activities • Update inventory of existing conditions:- Complete a comprehensive update to the existing conditions found in the 2019 complete streets implementation plan, including any changes that have occurred due to resurfacing or capital projects.- This includes updates to any relevant GIS layers found in the agency GIS database, as well as any maps to be updated in the final plan document. • Comprehensive traffic safety and community action plan:- Develop a new element to incorporate the safe system approach into the complete streets implementation plan.• Public and stakeholder engagement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
