Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide video surveillance and access control systems it security and server support service to the government authority located in Springfield, IL. - IT security, server, and platform support services for both the Video Surveillance System and the Electronic Access Control System.- To IT-side support, cybersecurity, server and workstation maintenance, software platform stability, and data protection. - The vendor shall not provide physical security device maintenance, installation, or field programming.• Operating system and security patching• Cybersecurity hardening per agency standards• Endpoint protection and malware prevention• Backup and disaster recovery testing• User account and access management• Monitoring and incident response(2) The contract period will be one year.
