(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive correctional healthcare services to the government authority located in Springfield, IL. - Medical services.- Mental health services.- Electronic Medical Records Administration (EMR/EHR).- Medical records management.- Healthcare program administration.- Dental services.- Pharmacy services.- Providing qualified medical and mental health staffing.- Maintaining complete electronic health records.- Improving inmate health outcomes.- Reducing liability exposure.- Providing transparent financial reporting.- Supporting continuity of care and discharge planning.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
