(1) Vendor needs to provide revaluation program services to the government authority located in South Windsor, CT.- Project includes the revaluation and reappraisal of all real property within the corporate limits.- Project will cover and include all real property including the following categories:1. All taxable real estate, land, buildings, and improvements.2. All tax-exempt real estate, land, buildings, and improvements.3. All public utility real estate.
