USA (South Carolina) – Performance Management System Evaluation, Redesign, and Development Solution

(1) Vendor needs to provide performance management system evaluation, redesign, and development solution.- Initiative to evaluate, redesign, and modernize the agency accountability report (AAR) process and develop an integrated performance management system (PMS) to streamline statewide reporting and performance measurement.- Develop a PMS to automate data collection, facilitate analysis, and generate visual, report-ready outputs for internal and public use.- Enhance accountability by providing clear, comparable, and measurable performance information to the governor, general assembly, and public.- Create a flexible structure that accommodates unique agency missions while maintaining consistent statewide comparability.- Design and develop a secure, web-based Performance Management System (PMS) to manage the AAR submission and review process.- Performance data management and analytics.- Support import and export functionality with common formats (Excel, CSV, PDF, XML).(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.
