(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering design, permitting and bid phase services to the government authority located in Snow Hill, MD. - Provide professional engineering design, permitting and bid phase services for design of the first phase of a shared use path along the east side of site. (2) Pre-bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026.
