USA (Seattle, Washington) – Health Care Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide health care services to the government authority located in Seattle, WA.1. Medical services:- Physical health screenings and referrals to care.- Behavioural health screenings and referrals to care (including mental health and substance use disorder).- Medication prescribing and management.- Blood pressure checks.- Blood glucose checks.- Foot care.- Wound care.2. Social services:- Health insurance and other benefit enrolment assistance.- Connection to food, transportation and utility assistance.- Eviction prevention counselling and referral.- Assess client needs for other services including disability, housing, and employment.(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on June 29, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 07, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
