USA (Scottsdale, Arizona) – Employment Medical Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide employment medical services to the government authority located in Scottsdale, AZ. • Occupational medical healthcare provider with laboratory access for the treatment of various pre-employment physicals and medical tests.• Provide pre-employment physicals, drug/alcohol/urinalysis screens, breathalyzer, and commercial driver’s license (CDL)/nonCDL Federal Transit Authority (FTA) random drug screenings- Provide employment related medical services including:• Color vision tests (Ishihara,Titmus)• Respirator/pulmonary function tests• CDL and non-CDL drug testing• Urine and/or breath alcohol testing(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
