Scope of Work
Vendor needs to provide services to remove and resurface an existing epoxy floor with a multi-coloured, chemical?resistant polymer resin flooring system that is durable, slip?resistant, stain?resistant, and easy to maintain to the government authority located in Scott, IL.- Mechanically prepare the existing floor (shot blasting / grinding)- Install approximately 900 sq. ft. of polymer resin flooring- Ensure surface is abrasion, slip, and stain resistant- Complete all work in accordance with manufacturer specifications and performance standards

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
