USA (Scott AFB, Illinois) – RFI for Information Technology Governance and Mission Support services

Vendor needs to provide information technology governance and mission support services to the government authority located in Scott AFB, IL.- Ensure information technology (IT) governance and related processes integral in the lifecycle planning, production, and sustainment of all IT systems, both ashore and afloat.- Supporting processes include portfolio management, data management, knowledge management, financial management, and financial execution.- Provide all necessary personnel, administrative, financial, and managerial resources necessary for the performance of the plans.- Investment management roadmap development and investment inventory.- Roadmap creates a strategic framework with which will effectively organize and prioritize ideas, objectives and requirements into a high-level strategic plan to inform investment decisions.- Process improvement.- Portfolio investment management is to select investments to deliver required functional capabilities, control their development and operations, manage risk, and continually evaluate performance using standard criteria and repeatable processes.- Integrate IT portfolio investment decisions into planning, programming, and budgeting tasks.- Develop guidance for information collection, storage, availability, and overall communication processes.- Modernize and streamline workflow processes through the development and integration of business processes into automated systems.- Manage strategic communications and coordinate with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to align internal and external communications with mission objectives.
