Scope of Work
Vendor needs to provide fireworks, pyro and special effects services to the government authority located in San Marcos, TX. - Provide fireworks, pyrotechnic displays, and related special visual effects for agency football games and other special events, including events held at the agency volleyball and basketball games. - Provide planning, materials, equipment, labor and operational support necessary to deliver high-quality visual effects for all agency football home games during the 2026 season. - Propose a visual effects plan that enhances the overall fan experience during key in-game and event moments.• Proposal should address visual effects for the following moments:- Pre-game show- Team introductions- National Anthem- Scoring moments- Post-game activities- Other recommended in-game or event enhancements
