USA (San Joaquin, California) – Construction Engineering and Inspection Services

Vendor needs to provide construction engineering and inspection services to the government authority located in San Joaquin, CA.1. Construction Engineering & Inspection Services- Perform structure construction inspection and engineering support services- Ensure contractor compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards- Monitor construction activities, materials, and workmanship quality2. Project & Contract Management- Provide a qualified Consultant Contract Manager with required experience- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams- Manage task orders, schedules, reporting, and deliverables3. Documentation & Reporting- Maintain accurate project records, daily inspection logs, and reports- Prepare technical documentation, progress updates, and issue tracking- Support audits and compliance reviews4. Vendor & Support Services Coordination- Coordinate trade/vendor services using pre-submitted rate sheets- Ensure cost reasonableness and adherence to procurement requirements 5. Compliance & Regulatory Requirements- Adhere to applicable federal and state regulations, including DBE program updates - Ensure alignment with Caltrans standards and RFQ requirements6. GenAI Disclosure & Risk Management- Disclose any use of Generative AI in deliverables or processes7. Quality, Safety & Performance Assurance- Maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures- Identify risks and recommend corrective actions- Ensure timely issue resolution and performance monitoring
