USA (San Antonio, Texas) – Executive Recruiting Services for Chief of Internal Audit

(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruiting services for chief of internal audit to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.- Seek out and recruit highly qualified candidates to serve as the Chief of Internal Audit, which will include researching the availability of suitable candidates and assisting in identifying a shortlist of qualified candidates who match the requirements provided by agency.- Coordinate with agency staff to garner a clear understanding of the job specifications- Develop a recruitment marketing strategy that will highlight agency (mission, vision, values, and overall fundamentals/purpose) to include recommending appropriate advertisements that will attract a diverse applicant pool. - Pre-qualify candidates by conducting a thorough interview to verify the qualification of the candidates.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
