USA (Salt Lake, Utah) – Leadership Advisory Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide leadership advisory services to the government authority located in Salt Lake, UT.- Executive leadership seeks to create and continue a long-term partnership with a third party to advance and sustain transformation of the organization through leadership advisory, development and enhancement of culture and community development, and assist with onboarding of organizational leaders.- Assist and accelerate transformation by partnering with executive leaders through individualized and team-based leadership advisory services designed to strengthen executive effectiveness, organizational alignment, succession planning, and enterprise leadership capability.- Service will provide the flexibility to support leadership through one-on-one advisory engagements, coordinated leadership sessions with direct reports, and facilitated leadership community discussions that strengthen cohesion and prepare leaders for organizational growth and future leadership transitions.- Strategic and vision development.- Community network development.- Leadership onboarding. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 29,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
