Vendor needs to provide professional appraisal services to support property acquisition for transportation projects undertaken to the government authority located in Salem, OR.- Perform independent appraisals of real property, including full and partial acquisitions.- Evaluate impacts to land, structures, improvements, access rights, and related property interests.- Apply appropriate appraisal methodologies in compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.- Prepare clear, accurate, and defensible appraisal reports suitable for agency review and potential legal proceedings.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
