Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide staging, sound and lighting services to the government authority located in Rockville, MD.- Provide turnkey sound and lighting systems, staging and production services for two stages at its event to be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026.- Two (2) turnkey sound systems, one (1) turnkey lighting systems and one (1) SL100 stage.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.- The second stage will be on staging under a large tent approximately 40’ x 100’.- Staging requirements:- One (1) Trailer Mounted Stages (Stage line SL100 Version 2018 or newer) with Stage floor of 24’x 20’.- Roof surface to be fiberglass bonded to aluminium.
