USA (Rochester, Michigan) – City Planning Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide city planning services to the government authority located in Rochester, MI.   - Provide complete on-call services for conducting site plan reviews, provide guidance to applicants to meet code requirements.     - Provide the necessary field verification of information provided or to be generated, and prepare summary reports.- Review and summarize findings of plans, elevations, and any additional material submitted for technical compliance review.- Master plan, parks and recreation master plan, zoning ordinance, as required.- Conduct field reconnaissance and verification regarding various aspects of site plan approval including, but not limited to, adjacent activities and existing conditions.- Conduct research and analysis on an as needed basis as requested.- The professional services required include knowledge of county, state, local and legal requirements(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
